The Scrub is a structured, one-time service designed to clean, verify, and organize your KW Command database so it becomes a tool you can actually use, not something you avoid. We go into your system, untangle the data, verify contacts through direct outreach made on your behalf, and rebuild the structure so your database is accurate, compliant, and functional. You get a clean slate. We do the work to make it happen.

Many agents have contacts spread across phones, spreadsheets, inboxes, and outdated CRM records. Over time, that creates clutter, risk, inefficiency, and a database that no longer supports the business it was supposed to help grow. The Scrub is built to fix that.

What The Scrub Handles For You

  • Verify contact information through calls, texts, and/or emails made on your behalf

How it works

The Scrub is an intensive, hands-on engagement that typically takes about 60 days, depending on the size and condition of your database. During that time, your assigned PLS Coordinator works directly inside KW Command to perform daily outreach and detailed data verification. We confirm contact information, eliminate duplicates, properly tag and segment records, and help ensure compliance through Do-Not-Call awareness and data accuracy. This is a structured restoration process, not a quick cleanup. At the end, you receive a fully cleaned, verified, and organized database you can confidently use as a real business asset.
