
Founder’s Note
Hi, I’m Kris Quintana, Founder of Precision Leverage Solutions. I build leverage systems that free agents to sell more with less chaos. My work has always centered on service. First in the U.S. Coast Guard, then in classrooms as a Secondary Social Studies Teacher, and now in real estate with Keller Williams. From Service to Solutions: My Story
I’m from New York City. My mother’s family is from the Bronx and my father’s family is from Harlem. After graduating high school in 2005, I joined the U.S. Coast Guard and served on missions including Counter Narcotics, Search and Rescue, Humanitarian efforts, and Fisheries. I separated in 2009 and pursued a degree in education. I taught social studies for nine years across brick and mortar, alternative education, and cyber school. I coached high school football, led a student section called the Bleacher Creatures, and helped shape the culture at James M. Bennett High School in ways my former students still talk about.
I earned my real estate license in 2022 and was named Rookie of the Year for 2023. I hold the MRP certification and maintain my teaching license. Keller Williams gave me the platform to think like a CEO and build a company that reflects my purpose. I serve others. I help agents grow, simplify operations, and reclaim time for what matters.
The Birth of PLS
Founded September 6, 2024. I listened to agents and their pain points and created a company from that feedback. We started as a small Transaction Coordination company built on precision, speed, and clear communication. The mission was simple. Eliminate chaos for agents and teams. Deliver consistent systems that scale with production. Protect client experience and compliance at every step.
