This service is specifically tailored for real estate agents seeking expert support from the initial listing contract to the final closing.
Comprehensive Services Included:
Listing Contract Management:
We begin with the agent providing us with a signed listing contract and a PA Consumer Notice. Our team ensures that all documentation is accurate and complete, setting the stage for a smooth transaction.
MLS Listing Intake Appointment:
We schedule an appointment with the client to gather all necessary information for the MLS listing, ensuring accuracy and completeness in public remarks (via phone call or Google Meets).
Photography and Videography Coordination:
We coordinate and schedule professional photography and videography for the property through our preferred vendor (Nieri Creative) or the agent’s preferred photographer. Additionally, we order signs and lockboxes to be installed on the property. Payment for this service will be initiated directly from Nieri Creative, or your preferred photographer, to Client.
MLS Listing Publication:
We take care of publishing the listing to the MLS, ensuring all details are accurately represented and readily accessible to potential buyers
Showings and Scheduling Management:
Our team takes the stress out of managing showings and scheduling by handling all calls and coordinating appointments for the property. This ensures that every potential buyer has a seamless experience, while freeing up the agent’s time to focus on inquiries, build relationships, and provide expert guidance about the property. From organizing the schedule to confirming appointments, we make sure the process runs smoothly and efficiently, leaving no detail overlooked.
End-to-End Transaction Support
Combining our Listing Concierge service with our renowned Contract to Close service, we provide continuous support from the moment the listing is signed until the closing is finalized. This includes meticulous contract review and management, document coordination, communication facilitation, deadline tracking, issue resolution, and closing coordination.

Listing to Close
This service is a combination of our Contract to Close and Listing Concierge offerings, with payment due at closing. However, the payment due date may vary depending on the market conditions. If the listing does not close, the agent will be billed $100

A la Carte
If the listing agreement is terminated, expires, does not go under contract or if a contract does not close for any reason, the Agent agrees to pay $100 for the services rendered.
