5) How We Share Information
We share Personal Information only as described below (and we do not share it for unrelated purposes).
A. Sharing for Service Delivery
-
Client service providers: we may share information with vendors that help us deliver Services (e.g., CRM/automation platforms, email/SMS providers, scheduling tools, analytics, payment processors). These vendors are generally restricted by contract to use information only to provide services to us.
-
Authorized Client users: if you are part of a team/Market Center account, information may be visible to other authorized users under that Client relationship.
B. Consumer Lead Routing
If you submit a lead inquiry, we may share your information with:
-
One or more real estate agents/teams participating in our program (often within Keller Williams networks), and
-
One or more lenders, if you request financing assistance or mortgage pre-approval.
C. Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers
We may disclose information to:
-
Comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, or to protect rights/safety
-
Accountants, auditors, attorneys, and insurers where necessary
-
A buyer/successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with appropriate safeguards)
6) Cookies, Analytics, and Targeted Advertising
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
-
Keep our sites and funnels working (security, session integrity)
-
Understand usage (analytics)
-
Measure ad performance (attribution)
-
Deliver and measure targeted advertising (where enabled)
Universal Opt-Out Signals (GPC)
Where required by applicable law, we recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) and/or other universal opt-out mechanisms for opting out of certain data processing (e.g., “sale”/sharing for targeted advertising). coag.gov
Note: Some states expressly recognize universal opt-out mechanisms, and Colorado’s Attorney General has recognized GPC as a universal opt-out mechanism under CPA rules. coag.gov
7) “Sale,” “Share,” and Targeted Advertising
Some state privacy laws define “sale” broadly to include certain disclosures of personal information in exchange for “valuable consideration,” and “sharing” to include disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising.
-
We do not sell personal information for money in the traditional sense.
-
However, our use of advertising/analytics tools and routing Consumer Lead Data to agents/lenders could be considered a “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws depending on the facts and configuration.
We therefore provide opt-out rights described in Section 10.
(There is a growing patchwork of state privacy laws with varying opt-out and consent standards; we design our program to support these differences operationally.)
8) Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Personal Information unless it is needed for a legitimate purpose (e.g., onboarding access to platforms, compliance, or security) and is provided through an approved process.
-
For Clients, if credentials are provided for third-party platforms, we expect use of a secure method defined in onboarding/security documentation.
-
For Consumers, we do not need (and you should not submit) government ID numbers, full financial account numbers, or other sensitive data through general lead forms.
Where state law provides special rights around sensitive data, we honor them (see Section 10).
9) Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary for:
-
Providing Services
-
Maintaining records required for business, legal, tax, or compliance purposes
-
Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements
-
Security, fraud prevention, and auditing
Retention periods vary by data type and context (Client vs. Consumer). We may de-identify or aggregate data and retain it longer where permitted.
10) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as:
-
Access/Confirm whether we process your Personal Information
-
Correct inaccuracies
-
Delete Personal Information (subject to exceptions)
-
Data portability (obtain a copy)
-
Opt out of:
-
targeted advertising
-
“sale” of personal information (as defined by law)
-
profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects (where applicable)
-
Many state privacy laws granting these rights are in effect across the U.S. and continue expanding. TrustArc+1
Virginia’s Attorney General, for example, summarizes rights that include access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-outs for targeted advertising/sale/profiling. Virginia Attorney General's Office
Appeals
Some states (such as Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut) require an appeals process when we deny a request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial email or contacting us at the details in Section 14, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law. Virginia Attorney General's Office+1

Where permitted by law (notably California), you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verification of identity.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
