Note: This fee is required upfront and is owed regardless of whether the offer is accepted or turned down. Precision Leverage Solutions does not guarantee the success of the contract; we only create the offer based on the information and instructions provided by the agent.

Attending Settlement for Agents
If you need someone to attend a settlement and sign on your behalf, our Attending Settlement service provides a reliable solution.
