
CONSUMER LEAD GENERATION TERMS
How we operate, what you can expect, and how we protect everyone involved.

These Consumer Lead Generation Terms (“Consumer Terms”) govern your submission of information to T&K Solutions, LLC d/b/a Precision Leverage Solutions (“PLS,” “we,” “us”) to request assistance related to real estate (the “Lead Service”). If you do not agree, do not submit your information.
1. Who We Are
PLS operates a lead intake and routing service intended to connect consumers with participating real estate agents and, if requested, lending partners.

2. What the Lead Service Is (and Is Not)
PLS may contact you and may share your information with one or more participating real estate agents/teams and, if you request mortgage help, one or more lenders.
Submitting your information does not create:

A client relationship with PLS for representation;

A broker/agent relationship with PLS; or
-
A lender-borrower relationship with PLS.
PLS is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, or services provided by any agent, brokerage, or lender.
3. Consent to Be Contacted (Calls, Texts, Email)
By providing your phone number/email and submitting your information, you expressly consent to being contacted by PLS and by participating real estate agents/teams (and lenders if requested) at the number/email you provide, including by call, text message, and email, and (where permitted) using automated technology.

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and opt out of calls by requesting Do Not Call.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to submit false information and represent that the contact details you provide are yours and accurate.
5. How We Use and Share Your Information
You authorize PLS to use your information to:

Contact you about your inquiry; and

Share your information with participating agents/teams and, if requested, lenders to assist you.
Handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Once your information is shared with an agent or lender, their own policies and practices may apply.
6. No Guarantee
PLS does not guarantee that you will be contacted within any specific time, that any agent will accept your request, that you will buy/sell a home, or that you will qualify for financing.
7. RESPA / Choice of Providers
You are not required to use any particular agent, brokerage, or lender. You may choose any real estate or lending provider you want.
8. Fair Housing
PLS supports fair housing and will not process requests that would violate applicable fair housing laws.
9. Disclaimers
THE LEAD SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PLS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. PLS’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE LEAD SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100, OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWED BY LAW.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLS from claims arising from your misuse of the Lead Service or your breach of these Consumer Terms.
12. Governing Law; Venue
These Consumer Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
13. Updates
We may update these Consumer Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date controls.
